The problem it solves
A college coach who likes your kid's highlight reel asks for more — full game film, grades, when they can come and watch. If the answer is three attachments and a Google Drive link, you have lost some of them. The guides on this site keep arriving at the same place: put everything behind one link. This is that link.
What it actually is
Not an HTML file with your name typed into it. It is a small application you install on your own hosting:
- An admin panel. Log in and change things. No editing code, no re-uploading files to update a stat.
- Inline editing. Click the text on the page and type. What you see is what a coach sees.
- Photo and video gallery. Highlight reel, full game film, action shots — embedded, not attached.
- An install wizard. It walks you through setup rather than assuming you know what a database is. This is the part most of the work went into.
- Yours. Your hosting, your domain, your files. It does not disappear when a company changes its pricing or shuts down.
$49, one time
Not per year, not per athlete. Compare that with what a recruiting service charges annually, forever, for a profile you never own.
See it running
demo.athlete-hub.org is a complete sample profile — a fictional athlete, everything filled in, exactly what you get before you make it yours. Open it on a phone: that is how a coach will see it.
Honest about what it is not
- It is not a recruiting service. It does not contact coaches for you or get you seen. It makes you easy to evaluate once someone is looking — which is a real job, but a different one.
- It does not replace film. Nothing does. See the highlight film guide.
- You need somewhere to host it. Standard shared hosting, the kind that costs a few dollars a month. Ask before you buy if you are unsure what you have — we would rather answer than have you stuck.

Email us and we'll set you up →
We're moving checkout onto this site so you're not bounced to a third-party payment page mid-purchase. In the meantime, email is the fastest route — tell us whether you want to install it yourself or have us host it for you, and we'll come straight back.
Or let us host it
Installing it yourself means having somewhere to install it. If that sentence gave you pause, we'll run it for you instead — $199 for the first year, then $79 a year after that. Your page lives at your athlete's own address, we set it up from the details you send us, and you get a working link without touching a server.
Same page either way. The only difference is who does the installing.
For comparison: the big recruiting services run $500 to $3,000 a year, every year, for a profile you never own and cannot take with you. This is yours.
